Details of this retreat
We are excited to host another Forest Bathing Retreat with Benjamin Page, author of Healing Trees.
Join us for a restorative retreat at the beautiful Ratna Ling Retreat Center on the Sonoma Coast, where we will spend our time immersed in forest bathing practices and the connective experience of Story Weaving. Surrounded by redwoods, ocean air, and peaceful gardens, this retreat is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with the natural world, and deepen your sense of presence and belonging.
Our days will include guided forest bathing walks, inviting us to engage the senses and cultivate a more intimate relationship with the land. Alongside these experiences, we will gather for Story Weaving sessions—spaces of storytelling, deep listening, and reflective writing that help translate our experiences in nature into meaningful personal and collective insight.
Together, these practices create a powerful rhythm: nature quiets the mind and opens the senses, while Story Weaving allows us to articulate, reflect, and connect through the stories that arise from those encounters.
