About Your Guide Guided By Michelle was created from my own journey—a journey of feeling lost, despite achieving all the things I was “supposed to” do. I thought success would bring happiness, but it didn’t. In fact, I found myself at rock bottom, wondering why I still felt so empty. That’s when I turned to plant medicine, and everything began to shift. Through it, I found the answers I had been searching for within myself all along. As your guide, my mission is to create a safe, loving, and supportive space for you to explore plant medicine as an ally in your own journey. I’m here to walk with you through that beautiful discovery process and help you understand what’s next. After the medicine journey, we go through integration together—so you never feel like you’re doing it alone. This journey is about healing, yes, but it’s also about reconnecting with your purpose, your power, and the deep love you’ve always had inside you. My job is to remind you of what you’ve forgotten—how to reclaim the joy and freedom that are your birthright. You’re not alone in this.
