With over 20 years of experience as an educator and leader, she brings a grounded understanding of human nature and the power of connection and integration.

Her journey as a medicine woman began with a deep calling to explore ancestral traditions and share their wisdom. This led her to the Amazon jungle, where she dieted with plants and deepened her relationship with the natural world. The experience profoundly shifted her path and ignited a deeper devotion to this work.

Krista also had the honor of learning from the grandson of renowned curandera María Sabina in Oaxaca, gaining insight into the ceremonial use of sacred mushrooms and the importance of honoring Indigenous knowledge.

With a focus on love, presence, and integration, Krista creates a safe and sacred space for individuals to explore their inner world and reconnect with their true essence. Guided by intuition, she helps others navigate these experiences with care, allowing them to feel supported, seen, and held throughout their journey.

Katie is a devoted mother of two, plant medicine guide, and fashion designer with a mission to help others remember who they truly are through holistic self-love. She has spent years working with sacred plant medicines—specifically kambo, hape, and cacao—and was trained by the Kuntanawa tribe of Brazil, with whom she walks in deep reverence and reciprocity, honoring their wisdom and traditions.

Katie’s approach is rooted in the belief that we are all Divine vessels of love. Through ceremony, sisterhood, and soul expression, she creates safe and powerful spaces where individuals—especially women—can reconnect with their worth, reclaim their voice, and embody their truth. Her work blends Earth-based rituals, self-love practices, and interpersonal exploration, offering deep support for those moving through transformation.

In addition to her ceremonial work, Katie is also a conscious fashion designer. Each piece she creates is an expression of empowerment and sacred beauty—infused with the intention that love lives in how we adorn ourselves. Her designs invite others to be seen, celebrated, and fully expressed.
