Bella is a reiki master, sound healer, yin yoga, embodied movement and breath work teacher and the founder of The Temple of I - a safe space for you to come home to yourself, to release and shift anything that you no longer need, to call in and embody light, and to step into your power.
Born into a lineage of healers, Bella’s experiences of energy began at a very young age, initially expressing itself through clairvoyance and healing touch.
Combining crystalline sound, reiki, breath work and embodied movement during her sessions, Bella creates a nurturing and safe space where you will be deeply held and supported to enable deep healing, connecting you to your body and your needs, bringing you back into harmony, back home to yourself.

I’ll be releasing the daily schedule closer to the time, but it will look something like this:
༓ Light morning snacks & teas
༓ Morning Movement & meditation
༓ Brunch
༓ Free time to explore the island or chill by the pool
༓ Evening healing ceremony
༓ Dinner
There will also be a day where we go on a hike and a beach day included, on these days we will be holding evening ceremonies a few hours after we get back.
There will be time within the schedule to relax and integrate too, you can come to as many or as few of the scheduled ceremonies and activities as you wish to.
