Details of this retreat
Do you need to release the past, forgive yourself or others, or gain access to your personal power?
Join us for an experiential and immersive Shadow Work® weekend at the peaceful Vedanta Retreat in Lincolnshire. We will guide you through an exploration of the four Shadow Work® archetypes, and a series of processes carefully designed to help with accessing the full range of emotions. You will be offered an opportunity to explore and deal with a life issue with the help of our skilled facilitators and the support of the group.
Throughout the weekend, your intention guides your process. Using Shadow Work® tools, the facilitators help you to symbolically reconstruct your issue so the shadows are illuminated and can be viewed objectively and transformed into empowerment.

What our clients say
"I’m not ashamed to say I cried tears of compassion for myself for the first time. In the right hands, this is work which can unblock emotions that have been stuck for decades. I highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back.” WH, Bath
“I think the most important thing I’m taking away is how to recognise and work with certain parts of me that I had previously been ignoring or fighting with. You guided me with incredible clarity and warmth, and the blessing was the most touching thing I’ve ever received. Deep gratitude to you.” AS, Forest Row
“I now have a choice over how I respond when I feel angry, where in the past I found myself at the mercy of my uncontrolled emotional reactions. I have also given up alcohol which was an unexpected side effect of our work together! I highly recommend Shadow Work.” TW, London
