Welcome! I’m Margherita Dal Pra and my mission is to help you on your path of self-discovery through yoga, nutrition and self-help. I live in London where I teach classes at The Life Centre as well as in Muswell Hill. I also organize yoga retreats worldwide, for example in Italy, Spain or Goa in India, and I offer private yoga classes in London.
WHAT I TEACH
In my yoga classes I aim to give you the tools to allow you to see yourself as you already are: a radiant and joyful being! My classes are a marriage of Anusara yoga and ParaYoga®, brought together by the lineage and depth of the philosophy of Tantra. Expect a modern-day Hatha flow yoga class that aims to let you experience bliss and joy in your yoga practice and your daily life!MY YOGA JOURNEY
My personal yoga journey began in 1994 in Italy. It was as if I had started breathing for the first time and I discovered the person I call “I”. I was hooked! My enthusiasm and thirst for knowledge were awakened. I started practising daily and soon my health, emotional well-being and whole life were transformed in the most positive way. I became a yoga teacher in 2003. Since then I’ve met and trained with the most gifted teachers, including Aadil Palkhivala, founder of the Purna school of Yoga alignment-based style, Shiva Rea who introduced me to Prana Flow, and Rod Stryker who taught me the Parayoga® method and with whom I continue to study and find inspiration. In 2008 I discovered the heart opening grace and therapeutics of Anusara Yoga, a style of hatha yoga that incorporates all the aspects of yoga that I love. I studied and continue to study with Sianna Sherman, Bridget Woods Kramer, Zhenja La Rosa, Ross Raybourn, Jayendra Hanley, Bruce Bowditch, Marc St Pierre and Desiree Rumbaugh. I will always be a student first. My passion for understanding and knowledge is vast, and the more I explore and learn, the more I’m able to share my wisdoms in a new and vibrant light. It’s a true blessing and honour to share this journey with my wonderful students. I am fully insured with British Wheel of Yoga and am a certified E-RYT500 Yoga Alliance US and SYT Yoga Alliance UK. I am also in the process of becoming a RYS-200 (YA Registered Yoga School). I’ve been mentoring teachers in training at Yogacampus Teacher Training diploma course since 2008.Getting Here
Accommodation
Itha108 Old Library Single Occupancy
The now “Old Library” used to be the library before it was moved to the indoor dining area/library.
The room is located on the first floor in the main house.
The double bed bedroom is light and spacious with an open walk-in dressing area and open shower. A separate toilet facility with a sink from Udaipur. A stone fireplace enhances the wooden ceiling, the French doors with views to the sea is particular beautiful with the evening sun shining through.
The large terrace with a Greek style bench is perfect for reading early morning and evening, while enjoying the sunset sitting on Rajasthani arm chairs in privacy. During late morning and afternoon the terrace is in full sun.
There is always a breeze.
The room is air conditioned.

Named after the boutique hotel in the walled city of Jodhpur, Raas inspired most of the Itha108 furniture – a fusion of modern and traditional.
Raas is on the ground floor and is the only bedroom on the left hand side of the house, separated from the others by the entrance hall.
