The "ARTDANCELOVE retreat" for women (with or without child)

After studying journalism, Florence Neumann started her career as a PR and event manager in Hamburg and later worked as a marketing strategist at Google. When she landed in Portugal in 2018, she didn't know a word of Portuguese, yet she managed to build her dream of a creative business in no time and set up her own business as a Creative Business Mentor in Lisbon in 2020. Since then, Florence has loved supporting creative independents in bringing new ideas to life and creating spicy offerings that really suit them. Her vision is to live in a world where many more people dare to discover their own creativity and live it. So, alongside her self-employment, she initiated the social project ARTDANCELOVE, which has produced more than 65 dance and creativity events in Lisbon to date.

Dr. Tina Lauer is the mother of a son. She therefore knows the challenges as a creative and self-employed mother from her own experience. She found the right balance mainly through her coaching training and the support of other coaches. Since childhood, she has also written short stories and novels, published numerous scientific books, non-fiction books, guidebooks and prose under her own name and as a ghostwriter for others. Nevertheless, she hesitated for a long time to go into business for herself with her passion - writing and coaching - because there was this one belief that had persisted since her childhood: "You can't make a living from writing!". It wasn't until 2020 that she threw all her doubts overboard and took the step into self-employment. Since then, she has been supporting authors and mothers to go their own way, to rewrite their stories and to live their dreams. Tina has already worked as a lecturer for several universities (including the University of Bern), is a writing coach and DVNLP certified NLP practitioner. She lives with her family in Berlin. She has had a special relationship with Portugal for 15 years. She spent a lot of time in Porto. Since meeting Florence in autumn 2020, she has been a regular guest in Lisbon for Workations.
