About this Retreat
Artist, behaviour therapist, facilitator and tour guide, Ryan Joseph will be leading guests through the Sacred Valley of Peru for this journey of a lifetime! With years of hosting groups in Peru, Ryan will act as the bridge connecting everyone with the traditional practices of the local shamans, medicines, guides, and culture, helping to bridge the gap between the two worlds. His background in psychology and behaviour therapy for over 15 years along with his artistic skills form to make a great connection between the mind and the arts. Offering different views of integrating the spiritual experience and putting it into place in order to make life bettering changes. Ryan will introduce and share open heartedly the many tools and practices that have improved his life and connect our guests with the wisdom and knowledge of the areas most talented professionals.

Tito La Rosa (Ancash, Andes of Peru - 1952) - Master Sound Healer. Peruvian ceremonial and ritual musician, composer, researcher and musical instruments builder. Founder of the "School of Sounds Peru," "The House of Sound," and dreaming the "Sound Museum", for his personal pre-Hispanic - archaeological pieces collection in Cusco, Peru.
He has been researching and working for the last 40 years on the power of healing through vibration and sound, and deepening into traditional Andean Amazonian cosmovision and shamanic ceremonies. In his work he integrates the power and vibration of ancient instruments from ancient Peru and contemporary instruments from different parts of the world. Within his proposal, he incorporates the sound vibration of feather antaras, whistling vessels, pututos, ceramic antaras, ocarinas, bone and cane quenas, bamboo flutes, drums, rattles, marimbas and charango, where he fuses ancestral and contemporary sounds, creating a sacred, acoustic and sensitive space, establishing a dialogue of times to make an inner journey.
He has 12 musical productions, where "Prophecy of the Eagle and the Condor" stands out, nominated for the best world music album at the NAMA (Native American Music Awards). In addition, he was invited by the Japanese musician Kitaro to participate in his album "Thinking of you", which won the Grammy in 2000.
Lesley Myburgh, Medicine woman, (frequently referred to as “La Gringa”) is originally from South Africa and first came to Peru in 1991 during which time she started working with San Pedro.
Lesley returned to Peru bringing groups for years to continue learning from this master plant. She relocated to Cusco in the late 90s and Lesley embarked on an apprenticeship under the guidance of a highly-respected teacher, which lasted for 2½ years.
She subsequently continued her training from numerous internationally acclaimed spiritual leaders including Credo Mutwa (African spiritual leader), Don Ruben (Wachumero), Don Ignacio (Ayahuasqero) amongst many others.
Lesley’s dedication to working with the Spirit of San Pedro, and her willingness to listen to guidance in developing a universal tradition which resonates with the energies of our world today have earned her much respect in the Plant Medicine communities worldwide.
For the last 20 years Lesley has guided thousands of travelers and explorers worldwide in North & South America, Europe, Australia & Africa, using various healing techniques.
Lesley travels to many countries sharing her gifts. Lesley has been mentioned in many books relating to this medicine work, some of which are “The Hummingbirds Journey to God”, & “San Pedro – Cactus of Vision” by Ross Heaven and “Doves Fly in My Heart: My Love Affair with Peru” by Lisa McClendon Sims.

It’s time to celebrate life as we get ready to embark again on an extrodinary and unique journey of self discovery, healing and connection through the Sacred Valley of Peru this Fall!
Our spiritual wellness retreat will be a small boutique all-inclusive 8 day and night journey for a maximum of 12 guests with an added option to extend to a full 10 night epic experience to Machu Picchu. We will be working with sacred plant medicines of Ayahuasca and San Pedro in ceremonies lead by local Shipibo and Q’ero shamans who we have built close and trusted relationships with. In addition will be many natural healing modalities including sound healing with world renowned grand maestro Tito La Rosa, breathwork, yoga, meditation, art therapy, temescal and much more.
Our team is an experienced group of Healers and Facilitators to bring you a comprehensive program deeply rooted in the traditional practices of ancestral medicine, natural healing modalities and integration. We offer a safe, caring, and effective space to begin your journey of transformation.
We have carefully curated a thoughtful and balanced itinerary of deep self work with relaxation time and exciting excursions. We will be staying in luxurious accommodations both in hotels and our retreat centre. Dine on delicious chef prepared meals, integrate in the beautiful and peaceful gardens and relax in the newly added spa with saunas, hot tubs and salt cave.
Anyone who has come to our retreats also knows that there is no shortage of fun and surprises with exciting excursions. Night outs in Cusco, hikes to majestic waterfalls, horseback to the Sun Gate and visiting the incredible ruins of Ollantaytambo, are just a few. Directions
International flights to Lima airport with a connection flight to Cusco Airport. Airport pick up will be scheduled upon arrival.
Accommodation
Guests will stay in private or shared accommodations in luxury hotels and retreat centre. King and queen sized beds in the rooms with private bathrooms. Housekeeping and laundry included.
