You are invited on a powerful retreat for all women, of all ages and backgrounds.

Join us as we gather to celebrate the Divine Feminine wisdom that lives in our bodies, hearts and spirits. With playfulness, we will explore womanhood through nature bathing, womb work, voice work, movement, breath, and allies from the plant and fungi kingdoms. Nestled in nature and supported by the elements, we will make space to remember and reconnect.

The Program:

Psilocybin Ceremony. You will be guided on a psychedelic journey consisting of a ceremonial high dose of psilocybin. We will offer other sacred plant medicines such as cacao.

Movement & Meditation. Connect with your body, your self and with nature through: embodied movement practice, meditative nature walks, dance, and stillness.

Breathwork. Learn to harness the power of your breath for healing and growth. You will be guided through a deep circular breathing session that will allow you to access expanded states of consciousness.

Women's Circles and Voice Work. Being together in circle provides a powerful container for self-enquiry and healing. We will gather for sharing circles, singing circles, and authentic relating practices to activate our voices and empower one another.

Preparation & Integration. Our three-week preparation & integration program includes one group preparatory call before the retreat, and one group integration call after the retreat, as well as continued integration support to enable deep transformation.

Soul Kitchen. Nutritious food lays the foundation for a transformative retreat. Enjoy lovingly prepared vegetarian meals, intentionally made with locally sourced organic ingredients to nourish the body and soul.
