About this Retreat
Juan Esteban’s work integrates over 15 years of shamanic wisdom and training from various indigenous cultures as well as formation as a psychologist, reiki master, and angel channeler. With all this knowledge, he has designed therapies to assist people in balancing feminine and masculine energy and uniting heaven and earth in the heart chakra, opening the frequency of the heart and entering into a conscious relationship with spirit and manifestation.
Juan uses the vibrational medicine of heaven and the angels (Reiki and angel channeling) combined with the medicine of the earth (namely Yopo) to aid these processes and to elevate spiritual consciousness.
He shares his therapies on his land, where he lives with his wife and children, and also offers online courses.

Details of this retreat
In the words of the eldest: "The couple relationship is the best setting to work on the ego, and thus evolve spiritually by learning to walk in unity."
In this retreat we will understand how programming from our childhood influences our intimate relationships. We will do deep ego work, identifying and addressing thought programs and patterns that we learned from our parents and develop the spiritual qualities that bring us a more peaceful and balanced union.
This retreat is set up in two parts. The first focuses on the identification of the ego, where we will understand how, through the programming of thought learned in childhood, there is a pattern of negative relationships with others. These programs and patterns are expressed with greater force in partnership, in the intimate relationships that we unconsciously choose throughout our lives. Through the relationship with the father (in women) and with the mother (in men), unresolved dramas and traumas are reproduced with our partner and in our families.
Once we’ve done some work to identify and tame the ego, we will work on the positive aspects. We will learn about ancient rituals of ¨pagamento¨ (offerings) and sacred sexuality. Since the ego is reduced, our mind can connect better with the spirit and thus we can develop the spiritual qualities of innocence, acceptance, communication and forgiveness that will lead us to unity within our relationships. This will culminate in a Temazcal and Union ceremony, consecrating what has been learned and blessing the partnership.
This process is accompanied by the ancestral medicine of yopo and Temazcal to open the unconscious and work on three important aspects of awareness and the mental and emotional familial patterns that lead us to conflict and separation in our intimate relationships.
