About this Retreat
Catherine’s primary goal is helping her students find passion and purpose in life. She offers workshops, group classes, and private sessions ranging in topics from Reiki to Financial Freedom. She owns & operates a small farm in Groveland, California. Beyond her finance degree, Catherine is a Reiki Master Candidate in the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition of healing, and certified in Yoga (500hr) & Meditation (285hr). She is also a Stand-Up Paddle pro! Currently, she is teaching private lessons via Zoom, or in person and offering outdoor group yoga experiences. Catherine also works as an accountant, and guides in Yosemite National Park.

Catherine kicks off our 18th Annual Yoga Jambalaya with her
Morning Mindfulness Yoga from 8am-9:15am
This class will combine traditional postures, dynamic flow sequencing, mantra & breath-based meditation, and fun movement. This practice allows one to connect and align on a mental, physical, and astral level to their universal goals and set an intention for the day. This class is open to all students, reminding us that we can intelligently choose our level of complexity.

SERIES DESCRIPTION: Every aspect of our physical system has a metaphysical correlation. In this series we will explore the wisdom of the body through gentle yet powerful, corecentric, yoga asana but also, dive into the manipura chakra (solar plexus), practice breathing to stimulate and activate our agni (digestive fire), and connect with our “gut intelligence”. This series is intended to deepen the students' awareness of the power that comes from within, and reshape the concept of “core work” inviting curiosity and intelligence. This series is suitable for all levels of practitioners, modifications are offered.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Yoga/ Pilates mat or a blanket, and space to move.
*Note that this series is “corecentric” so it may be best to practice on an empty stomach.
