Your Guides
Jessi Galvin is an internationally recognised master energy healer and guide with over 10 years of experience supporting clients and students around the world.
In 2014 Jessi left a thriving career in events to follow her hearts calling to India to complete her first Yoga Teacher Training and to receive her initiation as a Usui Reiki Master.
Jessi has been deeply connected to her intuition and psychic gifts from an early age and was first introduced to Reiki at the age of 16 during a period of depression.
Jessi is committed to holding the frequencies of light and compassion for each of her clients, empowering them to trust their intuition and souls guidance to activate their own unique gifts in this lifetime.

The Frequency of Love Retreat is an activation into loving awareness; a safe space within you that you can always come home to.
Over 5 days we will journey with body, sound and energy to reclaim the parts of ourselves we once abandoned, and in doing this we realign ourselves with the vibration of love that has the power to transform our relationships with ourselves and others.
Through workshop, ceremony and daily practice we connect to our inner child to bring more joy, playfulness and creativity into our lives.
Unconditional love is a frequency you embody - all we have to do is remember how to get out of the way and let it flow! Accessing this state reminds us of the healing power of full acceptance of the present moment; especially during the times when you don’t feel like it, as you walk through your shadows and triggers.
Unconditional love is the power behind you when you speak your truth and share your needs and desires from your heart. It’s the gentle force that reminds you that you are the powerful creator of your reality and that you are worthy of love. It is an embodied knowing that you don’t need to DO anything to be worthy of love - because your Essence IS love.
This is what it means to be an embodiment of love. And this is where we journey together.

What's Not Included
- Travel and transfers, though we can certainly help you organise transfers from Lisbon airport to our retreat home. You will also be looped into a thread with other retreat guests to organise taxi shares should you wish. The venue is a 30 drive from the airport.
