Month Two: Northwoods Retreat
Day 1: Arrival

In the months following the retreat, we'll gather for a group call to integrate and reflect on our journey. This is a time to share how the retreat learnings are unfolding in our daily lives. Additionally, you'll have a personal one-on-one session, designed to fine-tune your individual plans, clarify any lingering questions, and ensure you're on a clear path towards your goals. These calls are not just about guidance—they're about nurturing the bonds formed during the retreat and supporting each other's growth.

Month Five & Six: Ongoing Support
As the journey continues, the group will reconvene through virtual 'circles.' These sessions are essential touchpoints for reconnection and mutual support. They offer a space to celebrate progress, navigate any challenges, and collaboratively adjust course as needed. It's about maintaining the community spirit, sharing experiences, and leveraging collective wisdom to ensure everyone continues to thrive and align with their purpose.

7:00 AM: Optional Yoga and Mindfulness Session - A gentle start to awaken the body and mind.

Breakfast and Gathering

8:00 AM: Breakfast - A nutritious meal to fuel your day.

9:00 AM: Morning Gathering - A warm welcome and communal connection.

Morning Sessions

9:30 AM: Day's Overview and Lesson - Engage with the day's theme and activities.

10:30 AM: Yoga/Mindfulness Practice - Integrate your morning insights through movement and stillness.

Midday Refreshment and Nature

11:00 AM: Break Time - A moment to pause and breathe.

11:15 AM: Snack and Sharing Circle - Nourish your body and share space with fellow guests.

12:00 PM: Lunch - Enjoy a wholesome meal at the Cafe.

Afternoon Immersion

1:00 PM: Guided Hike - Connect with nature on a guided trail.

3:00-4:00 PM: Return from Hike / Personal Time - Time for a snack and personal reflection.

Evening Reflection and Connection

5:00 PM: Dinner - A delightful evening meal shared in good company.

6:00 PM: Reflection Session - Journaling prompted by insightful themes.

6:30 PM: Reflection Sharing - Openly share your reflections with the group.

Nighttime Engagement

7:15 PM: Yoga/Mindfulness - Evening session to center and calm.

8:00 PM: Deep Group Discussion - Engaging conversation accompanied by snacks and drinks.

Closing the Day

9:30-10:00 PM: Closing and Tomorrow's Plan - Conclude the day with a look forward.

10:00 PM: Optional Mingling by the Fire or Bedtime - Socialize or rest as you prefer.

Directions

For Those Flying In:

Airport Pickup: We offer a convenient airport pickup service at Central Wisconsin Airport on the morning the retreat begins. This ensures you have a hassle-free journey from the airport to the retreat location.

Airport Drop-off: Similarly, on the last day of the retreat, we provide a drop-off service back to Central Wisconsin Airport.


For Those Driving:

From the North/South: If you're coming from the north or south, the easiest route is to take Interstate 39/US Highway 51. Exit for State Highway 86 (exit number depends on your direction of travel). Follow Highway 86 west until you reach County Road RR. Turn right, and you'll find High Point Village along this road.

From the East/West: If you're approaching from the east or west, use US Highway 8. When you reach the intersection with State Highway 13, head north until you reach State Highway 86. Turn west onto Highway 86, and then make a right turn onto County Road RR to arrive at High Point Village.


Remember to check your GPS or map for the most accurate and current driving directions.

Accommodation

Guests will stay in shared cabin spaces with other members of the retreat. Each cabin is equipped with a bathroom, shower, stove, living space, dining table, and bed. Cabins also come with bedding provided.

The retreat takes place at High Point Village Resort. The resort is located in the heart of the Nortwoods in Central Wisconsin. The retreat is surrounded by forest, lakes, and hiking trails.
