About this Retreat

Details of this retreat

This psilocybin retreat is tailored for individuals navigating prolonged grief from sources such as the loss of a loved one, divorce, or other significant life changes. For individuals who have been stuck suffering from grief for an extended period of time, psilocybin can play an important part in one's journey back to living fully.
This retreat is also intended for individuals who are past the 'acute' phase of grief. Grieving is a normal and healthy response to loss. Undergoing a psilocybin experience during the acute phase of grief is generally not recommended, as it may overly intensify what are already intense and natural emotions, and may not aid in the healing process. A psilocybin experience is most beneficial to individuals who have reached some point of 'stuckness' in their grieving process.

A Healing Journey Surrounded by Compassion and Support
I found I was very relaxed with the facilitator team, which helped me open myself up to the experience—they made all the difference in my overall experience. It was a healing journey that surrounded me in compassion and support. I felt completely at ease to open up in a way that generally is very hard for me to do.
I loved first and foremost the people, and the area couldn’t have been a more beautiful setting—I loved every second I was there. I really can't think of anything that could have made my experience better.

Caring, Compassionate, and Incredibly Supportive Facilitators
Among the most meaningful experiences of my life! It was so beneficial. The facilitator team was excellent. Each one of them helped me in different but equally helpful ways—I am so incredibly grateful for their caring, compassion, sensitivity, experience, and support. They were so incredible, hard to find the words. I highly recommend Odyssey retreats.

Profound and Transformative
Profound. Transformative. Fun. Odyssey is a highly respected and experienced Psilocybin Retreats organization—one I would recommend to friends and family. The facilitator team was very good. And the care and support provided before, during, and after the retreat, along with the location, facilities, and meals, were all wonderful.

I would describe the value I received as an awareness of things and people that I had never experienced. [Odyssey provided] a very secure and comfortable place. The personnel were very professional. The facilitator was great, very knowledgeable, empathetic, and sensitive. I truly enjoyed everything—the accommodations, food, and staff were great.

One of the Best Things I Ever Did for Myself
I experienced very high and very low points in the journeys, but going through both was extremely valuable. It gave me a sense that I can handle anything in life with the tools I already have at my disposal. It was one of the best things I've ever done for myself!
The facilitators were excellent, very knowledgeable, empathetic, sensitive, communicated well, and gave me comfort and confidence throughout the process.
I had a group that got along well, including the facilitators. The location was perfect, and the psilocybin journeys were eye-opening.
