About this Retreat
Your Guides
Gay is from Scotland but has held regular circles of Shamanism & Sacred Sound in Barbados for 25 years as well as leading many residential retreats.
Champagne House has welcomed Gay in the past as a retreat guest, so she is well places to answer all of your questions. She has recently moved to The Park Community in Findhorn where she continues her leadership practices that include;

Details of this retreat
Beltane is the peak of Spring and the beginning of Summer, when earth energies are at their strongest. It’s an amazing time of year to ‘sow the seeds’ of your hopes and dreams.
Together we will work with the potent energies available at this time, both in our retreat space and in the sacred sites we visit.
Practices will be both gently healing and inspiring through sacred sound and shamanic ceremonies from different traditions.
Excursions to various cultural sites are included as well as dining in local French restaurants.

Program Guide
Our week will unfold with daily circles of shamanism and sacred sound both here at Champagne House and during excursions to historic cultural sites in the surrounding area.
Shamanism will include ancient rituals and energy tools to help manifest our dreams for stepping into an empowered future. We begin by seeking our Power Animal to support us during the week. Sacred Sound will include gong immersions, voice work, chanting and singing especially in the extraordinary acoustics of the surrounding ancient chapels, all of which brings us into an uplifted state of being.
At Beltane we will celebrate with a Sacred Fire, and midway through the Retreat you will undertake your own one day personal pilgrimage on The Camino de Compostela on the 8 mile section between Le Romieu and Condom (there will be a shorter option available)
Finally we have a wonderful visit to a traditional Saturday French Market at Nerac and close our week in the beauty of Abbaye de Flaran with a ceremony of gratitude.
Each day there is personal time to relax or explore Condom

Getting Here

Directions
We offer a free a pick-up service from Toulouse airport between 3pm and 5pm on the retreat start date. Other airports include Bordeaux, Bergerac and Pau however, we do not off any transfers from those airports. We can arrange transfers from the train Station at Agen which has TGV links, there would be a fee for this service.
Accommodation
At Champagne House we have 3 luxury suites and a large luxury room. The ‘Rose Moët’ has two interconnecting rooms and has a roll-top bath, seating area. The ‘Taittinger’ has three interconnecting rooms including a large en-suite bathroom, it comes complete a large roll-top bath, dressing table and seating area occupying the whole of the top floor with amazing views. The ‘Pommery’ has one large spacious room with a roll-top bath, and also has an en-suite with a shower. All of our suites have; tea/coffee machines, quality bed linen, towels and robes, WiFi, seating, hair dryer and are very spacious. Awaiting you in your room will be a complementary NUXE Essentials Travel Pack. Course only rates: you will need to find accommodation nearby and we can help, this is a god low cost single occupancy option. Shared suite rates: please note - the rates are per person and you will each have a room with a shared en-suite.
