Born from a rebellious spirit and a desire to challenge conventional norms, my path led me to conquer autoimmune diseases deemed incurable by traditional medicine. As a beacon of truth and healing, I guide others on their quest for answers, challenging preconceived notions about health and well-being. With a diverse background in coaching, personal training, and holistic nutrition, I possess an in-depth understanding of the human body. My coaching expertise extends beyond the physical, fostering emotional connections and providing unwavering support. Growing up in a bustling Pennsylvania household, I honed my adventurous spirit early on, from training dogs to mastering various sports. Fueled by a passion for adventure and entrepreneurship, I founded a pet resort in 2006, marking the beginning of my business journey. A shift towards fitness and nutrition led to certifications as a personal trainer and CrossFit coach, culminating in the opening of a successful fitness studio. However, recognizing the need for holistic support, I delved into life coaching and holistic health coaching. Amidst the challenges of motherhood, business ownership, and a personal health crisis, I redefined my path. A solo trip to Southeast Asia inspired the creation of Earth and Soul Adventures – a venture offering transformative travel retreats. Though temporarily halted by the pandemic in 2020, the desire to continue persists in a new form. This setback led me to Nature Provides and Divine Health Alliance, where I discovered the healing potential of essential oils and embryonic plant stem cells. My purpose is clear: to guide individuals from stress to stillness, mentally, emotionally, and physically. Trained and certified in various modalities, including personal training, life coaching, NLP, and plant stem cell therapy, I am poised to lead you on an immersive journey to true wholeness.
