About this Retreat
Your Guides
My passion for holistic health and well-being led me to Chiang Mai, Thailand, where I immersed myself in the ancient art of traditional Thai Massage. Trained in the heart of its origin, I gained a deep understanding of the therapeutic power of touch and the healing properties of herbalism. I have also written many books on the topic.
As an instructor, I've had the privilege of teaching hundreds of individuals the transformative art of massage therapy and herbalism. It brings me immense joy to empower others with the knowledge and skills to enhance both their physical and mental well-being.
Since 2004, I've been sharing my passion for wellness through teaching in the fields of Massage Therapy and Herbal Medicine. It's my belief that education is a powerful tool for personal transformation and improved health.
In addition to my professional pursuits, I find balance and inspiration in practices such as Yoga and meditation. Traveling, particularly in Asia, has been a source of cultural enrichment and a continuous journey of self-discovery.
