Giulia

Miranda

Giulia Mori

Giulia moved to Fort Lauderdale in 2019 from Florence, Italy. She now lives there teaching regular Yoga and fitness classes. Giulia is Italian/Welsh and calls both countries ‘home’ however Abergavenny, the location for our upcoming retreat has a special place in her heart being the town where she grew up. This retreat is extra special as she will be sharing her much-loved homeland with everyone. Giulia is certified Hatha Vinyasa (200h RYT) and Prenatal Yoga (80h RYT). In 2018, she completed her 200 hr. YTT in Bali, Indonesia with Sacred Paths Yoga. Now practising for over 14 years, she enjoys bringing creativity and variety into her sequencing. In 2021, while pregnant with her son Leo, she completed her teacher training for Prenatal yoga and continues to teach this modality to pregnant women and mothers in her close-knit community. When she’s not teaching Yoga or Sculpt classes, Giulia is an artist and runs her own Fashion Design and Production business, a sector she graduated in and has worked in for 15 years. Miranda Groves

Originally from Wales, UK Miranda travelled the world before settling in Sydney, Miranda has now called Australia home for the past 13 years. Miranda is a certified Hatha Vinyasa (200h RYT), Yin (50h RYT) & Advanced Yoga Sequencing (25h RYT) teacher. She is dedicated to creating sequences with a connection to breath, mindfulness and soul. Miranda is also a meditation teacher and runs her own mindset coaching business for women. In her spare time, she loves to expand her knowledge of what makes people tick through her studies in Psychology and Ayurvedic medicine. @we.join.the.dots
