Elle Mace is a master practitioner in disordered eating, obesity food and body image. Elle works with clients on a 1:1 basis, as part of group programs, running group retreats and hosting her own podcast. Elle is also an experienced speaker, hosting talks and workshops at festivals and for corporate clients. Elle is qualified in positive psychology and neuroscience which is incorporated in a lot of her therapies.
