6 day Ayahuasca & Huachuma (San Pedro) retreat in Costa Rica

Immerse yourself in the beautiful Costa Rican jungle to deeply connect with the magical medicine of ayahuasca and huachuma in a small group setting (max 6 people). With dedicated 1:1 attention and guidance of a deeply experienced medicine couple working with sacred plants for several years, and supporting many through profound healing, reconnection to self and the unconditional love that we all are.

Working in a small group setting allows for exceptional levels of care throughout the ceremonies and retreat, with the energy of each team member being shared on a maximum 1:2 basis. This creates a space that can hold profoundly deep inner work as we journey together.

This 6-day 5-night retreat is an opportunity to completely disconnect from the outside world and go deep into your own journey of expansion and healing, supported by a beautiful jungle setting. This is the perfect place to reconnect with oneself and nature.

From the moment you arrive, you will be well looked after by the team who will take care of your needs throughout the retreat, be that energetic, emotional, mental, physical or spiritual. The retreat has been carefully curated to support clearing any blockages and allowing for deep connection to the heart space. We will support you in realising your intentions throughout the retreat, be that connection, liberation, expansion, deeper connection to love and joy, a deeper understanding of oneself and sense of purpose - or whatever else you may be working toward.

The retreat is designed with great care to energetically cleanse before we open to the cosmic realms, to travel safely under the supervision of experienced guides. Similarly, we place importance on energetically sealing the energy fields and hard work of participants, before re-entering into our normal environments.

The retreat consists of two ayahuasca and one Huachuma ceremony. Huachuma is medicine for the heart, a gentle yet powerful cactus, native to the Andes of South America, and provides a beautiful grounding experience after the cosmic journey of mother ayahuasca.

For those new to his medicine, Huachuma aids us in connecting deeply to our true essence - beyond the ideas and preconceptions that we have formed about ourselves. Helping us to connect with the love, joy and fulfilment that is so natural to us, yet often gets lost or distorted amidst the madness of modern life. Aiding us in appreciating the magic of nature, that bears so many gifts and teachings.

Loosely translated from the ancient Quechua language as "without a head" in English, this incredible medicine is excellent for calming and soothing busy, restless minds - helping us to find clarity and peace within. Supporting us in accessing greater awareness of our purpose, our true worth and our sense of knowing.

The wise Grandfatherly presence of Huachuma holds us as we move through whatever emotions or trauma stand in the way of us accessing these higher aspects of ourselves. As we integrate what we heal and learn through these ceremonies, we are empowered to step forward with a greater sense of who we truly are.
