About this Retreat
Jess is a physical therapist, medical yoga therapist, yoga teacher, and educator. She owns and operates Integrative Rehab and Wellness, Inc., where she specializes in osteopathic manual physical therapy and yoga therapy. Jess also helped develop the Minor in Yoga Studies at University of North Carolina Wilmington. In addition, Jess has facilitated multiple international study-abroad adventures to Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and Panama.
Noelle is an author, yoga mentor since 2006, spiritual life coach, and musician. She is the creator and founder of the Soul Alchemy Course, an online group coaching course based on Vedic Wisdom and community, designed to help people find their purpose and live a life of fulfillment. Noelle is the Senior Trainer, of the service based Kunga Yoga School, where she has facilitated yoga teacher training programs for 10 years, and has led more than 12 international yoga retreats all over the world.
Details of this retreat
Join us for a fun and relaxing experience, where we will enjoy a week together at the incredible off-grid eco resort, Bird Island Bungalows. The retreat is open to all yoga ability levels and anyone age 18 and older. We'll enjoy twice-daily yoga classes, delicious homemade meals, and plenty of down-town to enjoy the beach, swim, snorkel, and so much more.
The trip also includes a night in Panama City at the start and end of the trip. Additionally on June 3, we'll stop at the Miraflores Locks on the Panama Canal to learn about the canal's construction and also get to view the ships passing through the locks.
Everything on the retreat is optional - the time is yours to take care of you! It's a true retreat on the nature rich Bocas del Drago side of Isla Colon in the Bocas del Toro Archipelago.
We are able delicious meals for vegans, vegetarians, gluten free and everyone in between.
