Magic Mountain Yoga & Art Retreat

This wellness retreat is curated to reset & revitalise by tapping into our core element- Earth. As an energy of creation, expansion & stability, the need to create from authenticity and in alignment to our path & purpose on whatever that is intended, desired & meant to create. It always comes from what is within. We will be working together to amplify this journey and transformation through the ancient practice of yoga, breath works, meditation and internal expression of the self through art.

What to expect?
Nestled in the embrace of Mother Gaia, this retreat will take place at the serene magic mountain of Schatzalp in Davos, Switzerland. Berghotel Schatzalp, a historical Art Nouveau hotel which was a centre for healing, a Sanatorium in the early 1900’s. True to the vision of the initial founder, choosing Schatzalp as our location for this retreat couldn’t feel more aligned to our intentions and visions for this retreat. Daily yoga and most activities will take place in a private cosy wooden chalet. Enchanting evening strolls through the Alpinum Schatzalp, the only privately recognized botanical garden in the canton of Graubünden and there’s nothing more blissful than sitting in silence in a flower garden that’s 1861 meters up above ground. Wellness sessions are on offer in your private time during the retreat to relax and unwind after long nature walks around the stunning trails and waterfall in the surrounding of the hotel.

Enjoy our workshop & unlock your inner artist with process art whereby the idea of process in creating the work of art can be an art piece itself. Guided by Taina, be inspired by the majesty and alluring charms of the mystical mountain.

Yoga & meditation sessions will be conducted in English while art sessions will be dual language; German & English.
