Monica & Kendall established Ohm & K MindHeart Creative with the aim of unveiling a more profound, potential-centered yoga framework that delves into the core of our motivations and who we are. Through engagement with the subconscious mind, we can discern the constraints imposed by life’s conditioning.
They bring forth a wealth of wisdom from over 13 years dedicated to yoga, mindfulness, and holistic well-being. Passionately driven by the vision to ignite personal evolution and foster wellness in others, their journey is a testament to the power of conscious living. Together, they are catalysts for positive change, guiding individuals towards a path of holistic growth and inner radiance. Their classes are sprinkled with wisdom teachings, raw life expression, and humor that reflect their life journey and passion for teaching.
The Path to Wholeness Yoga School incorporates Asana, Applied Yoga Psychology, Reiki, Neuroscience, Chakra Studies, Psychedelic and Archetypal Journeys, and more into a model that softens and liberates the constraints of past conditioning. Reawaken your unlimited potential so you can perceive new opportunities, fully express your purpose and get what you want out of life.
Kendall and Monica trained and taught at their home studio, Hot House Yoga RVA, since 2012. They operated The Elements Hot Yoga & Wellness in Charlottesville, VA for 7 years, and together they have accumulated over 10,000 hours of multi-level classes, workshops, and teacher trainings. They are both E-RYT 500 and Reiki II practitioners.

Directions
Upon arrival at Faro Airport, the group will be greeted and provided with a transfer directly to Casa Conmigo. Check in and enjoy some time to relax at this picturesque location.
Accommodation
Casa Conmigo has 10 en-suite rooms. All rooms have heating and airco or ventilation. The villa consists of 2 levels: the ground floor and one level below. On the ground floor we find the entrance hall, public toilet, communal living room, dining room and kitchen. There are also 3 rooms on this floor. On the lower level we find 7 rooms and the Swedish sauna. One level down there is the swimming pool, jacuzzi, lounge, 2 massage rooms, infrared sauna and yoga room. Since the villa is built in levels, it is important that guests have good mobility.
