About this Retreat
Anna is a ‘modern medicine woman’ – deeply connected to the timeless wisdom of the plants, yet strongly rooted in the modern world. She’s a ceremony facilitator, doula, biohacker, holistic health coach, breathworker and musician. In her work she focuses on helping others navigate through processes of growth and transformation, and has already guided hundreds of people through psychedelic journeys in both group and individual settings.
Psychedelic integration and transformation coach based in Berlin. Victoria uses tools gathered from many different spheres to support women on transformational journeys. Combining mindfulness, visualisation, breathwork, and aspects from different schools of psychology. It’s all about finding the trust in yourself.
Kasper van der Meulen is a Breathwork specialist, Science Teacher and Musician. He has spent the past decade studying every modality related to lifestyle optimization and self-mastery. This has led him to find conscious breathing to be the most powerful and direct tool to enhance our state of being. He is on a mission to bridge the gap between ancient spiritual practice, modern scientific insight and practical application for daily life.
He has taught thousands of people to hack their state with breath, including elite performers like top CEO’s, spec-ops and olympic athletes. He now runs a cutting edge “Breathwork Masterclass” where he teaches wellness professionals to harness the power of breath as a coaching tool, and he guides large groups of people through breathwork with guidance of his live soundscapes and handpan music.
Jerry is a facilitator with a unique approach developed in part through his own personal pilgrimage and undying fascination with the intricacies of the human experience. As an instructor with the Breathwork Masterclass, Jerry offers bodywork and a keen awareness of how the breath and nervous system contribute to personal transformation. Jerry ensures a sacred container for exploration, while his incorporation of somatically informed shadow work invites profound self-discovery and healing. With an apologetically weird sense of humor, Jerry likes to titrate the deep work with moments of laughter.
Nicky infuses her nourishing love into retreats with her cooking, and passion for creating safe, beautiful spaces. With her background in psychology, hospitality, and her wealth of experience in the self-development world, she brings her attuned sensitivity and care into our space. As a dedicated space holder inside and outside of ceremony, she’s honoured to serve from her heart to yours.
Crue is an agent of unconditional love. He uses his presence and playfulness to help people feel safe to explore their full range for any process that is needed for them. Whether it’s sharing songs, doing body work or holding space he is always willing to assist in creating magic in ceremony.
