About this Retreat

Details of this retreat

"Viva Cura" is a full-day truffle ceremony where we bring our voices, instruments, and intentions into a unified current of sound and prayer. In this particular ceremonial container, we invite you to be an active participant to help co-create a celebratory journey filled with music and joy. If you love receiving music during your inner journeys, imagine the power of creating it together.

Each participant takes a relatively light yet deeply present dose of magic truffles. It is enough to open the gates of perception and enter an altered state of consciousness, while still remaining grounded, aware, and connected. This is not a lying-down, solo therapeutic journey, but a collective ceremony where we sit upright, sing, play, and weave the medicine of music together.

Throughout the day we will sing from our "Song of Source" songbook, as well as a host of beloved kirtan and medicine songs from around the world. You are also welcome to bring your own instruments such as hand drums, rattles and shakers, and to join in the rhythm and melody.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Live Music – Celebration – Tribe Vibes – Deep Connection – Safe Space

The ceremony carries a celebratory and uplifting energy, yet there is always space for deep process and inner revelation. Every emotion is welcome. Multiple experienced spaceholders and guardians are present throughout the day to hold the field and support anyone who needs guidance or grounding.

The ceremony consists of:

- Intention setting and opening the altar with ceremonial cacao
- Silent meditation while we let the truffles settle into our system
- Voice opening and rhythm practice to connect to your natural expression
- Collective singing of prayers, mantras and affirmations
- Moments of silence and contemplation to anchor the insights
- Opportunities for song and music sharing from participants who feel called
- You will be surprised at how deep and profound your inner journey can be, when it is actively connected to a shared field of resonance in song.

While the main invitation is to sit upright and participate actively, the space remains completely free. You may dance, lie down, close your eyes, or simply listen. The altar at the center serves as our shared focal point, a mirror of the sacred within and around us, and everything we offer through voice, rhythm, and breath becomes part of the living ceremony.

This ceremony is not about musical skill or talent. It is about resonance and intention. You do not need any musical experience to join. All that is needed is a desire to be present, to feel, and to enjoy the music as it moves through you. Every voice, every sound, every silence contributes to the shared vibration. Viva Cura is an invitation to step beyond the individual journey and into the beauty of collective ritual, and where our voices and energies weave into one prayerful symphony.

During ceremony we will also be serving the medicines of cacao and hapé for those that feel called, as they combine extremely well with psilocybin.

CACAO
Cacao in its mostly unprocessed form is an extremely potent superfood with a range of potential health benefits, that is also known as a gentle ‘heart-opening medicine’. The active compounds in cacao bring an increased level of energy and focus to the system, and support the release of endorphins, which can lead to feelings of euphoria and bliss.

HAPÉ
Hapé, also known as rapé, is a traditional sacred medicine used by indigenous tribes in the Amazon basin. Hapé helps to clear the mind that is running in circles, promotes mental clarity, and increases focus. It can also bring a sense of calm and relaxation. Some people even report having spiritual experiences while using hapé, including feelings of connectedness with nature and others.
