Britt has a passion for guiding women on their journey towards self-awareness through yoga and meditation. With years of personal self-care experience, Britt understands the importance of feeling grounded in the world and finding inner peace. Her training in restorative yoga, yin yoga, and meditation allows her to bring a sense of calm and gentleness to her instruction, giving you the time you need to integrate your mind and body. As an Occupational Therapist, she knows that every body is unique, and can modify the practice to meet your individual needs. She believes in the power of women supporting women, especially in retreat settings, which can help facilitate the journey of reconnecting to life’s purpose and finding confidence and gratitude in our lives. She looks forward to guiding you on your path towards a deeper sense of self-awareness and well-being.
Kim started her mind, body, and spirit quest several years ago when she was burnt out relating to her professional career and wanted to find joy in her life again. She holds certifications in Reiki I, Reiki II, Animal Reiki, Chakra/Crystal Therapy, Tarot/Oracle Readings, and Sound Therapy. Her wellness regimen has included walking meditations, Yoga and Pilates for many years and she recently just took up Pickleball. In her spare time, you can find her reading, traveling, cooking or just sitting on her lanai watching the sunrise over the Florida gulf. She is passionate about helping women speak their truth honestly, without fear, in a safe non-judgmental environment. Her practice approach is one of utmost care and respect for where each person is at in their life journey and tailoring their session to each individual’s needs. As she approaches 50, her motto is “If you don’t succeed EAT CAKE!”… then maybe try again later… 😊

This retreat is the perfect place to unwind and recharge while offering a unique opportunity to disconnect from the noise of daily life and connect with your inner self. Daily yoga, pilates, or meditation classes will ground you, help you find your center, and help nourish your spirit. Various carefully selected workshops will help you explore your authentic nature and transform your mindset to help discover what resonates with your soul. There will be plenty of free time to relax and indulge in optional services such as massage or reiki sessions, reading in a hammock, or taking a dip in the heated pool. By the end of the weekend, you will have energized your soul, opened your mind’s eye, and connected with your heart.
