Hello! My name is Riley Murtha and I am SO passionate about reconnecting women to their most authentic selves and building a beautiful, loving foundational relationship within. I am a self-love and mindset coach and energy healer. I employ a multi-faceted approach to shifting the subconscious mind into a space of empowerment, restoring the flow of life force energy and planting seeds of deep awareness, remembering, soul-aligned truth and inspired action.
By nature, I am a truth speaker. An answer seeker. A problem solver. A shit disturber. A disrupter. A cycle-breaker. A critical thinker. A skeptic by nature. I have a fierce and untameable curiosity. I refuse to settle. I reject band-aids and seek deep understanding. Always have. Always will.

I’m so glad you’re here! Thank you so much for your interest in my Costa Rica Retreat November 25 - December 2nd, 2024 in Playa Negra, Guanacaste.
This is a very special opportunity to immerse yourself in the beauty of Costa Rica - the nature & the vibes, to reconnect with your authentic self, and to experience the magic that happens when women gather! This retreat is intentionally crafted to focus specifically on self-love, energy healing and nourishing the nervous system. You will leave this experience feeling restored, with a full heart and soul on fire!
Your all-inclusive wellness retreat includes 7 nights and 8 days accommodation at the incredibly beautiful Peace Retreat Resort 75 minutes from the Liberia airport, transportation to and from airport / the resort, pool access, stunning black sand beach within walking distance, 3 incredible, fresh, healthy meals a day, unlimited yoga classes, energy healing and personal development workshops.

Directions
Peace Retreat is 75 minutes from Liberia airport - your airport transfer to and from the resort is included.
Accommodation
Included in your base price is a stay in one of their adorable cabinas - this is shared accommodation (2 people per cabina) which is perfect if you’re coming down with a friend or loved one! Otherwise, you’ll be paired up with a new friend and roommate. The cabinas are comfortable and tucked right into nature, you will wake up to the sunrise and the sound of birds and monkeys each day. If you prefer, for an additional cost, you can stay in a Casa room which is more of a hotel type stay. You’ll have your a room in the main building close to the pool with your own private bathroom. There are also brand new jungle bungalows available as a room upgrade - which offer A/C and outdoor showers as well as private bathrooms.

The Samadhi Suite is an incredible penthouse space with two beds, a full kitchen, private washroom, private terrace and a rooftop space that offers ocean views and 360 sunrise and sunset views overlooking the jungle.
