About this Retreat
is a traveler, activist and psychotherapist. She is a survivor of abusive relationships & counselor for others working through difficult relationships. She was adopted from Colombia and found her way through identity exploration into reconnecting to her indigenous line ancestry including ceremony. She has traveled all over the world performing public health services and grassroots activism. She is well versed in healing modalities from western psychological approach to South Asian philosophy, as well as North and South American indigenous approaches to wellness Lolly is passionate about combining academic and spiritual perspectives, presence, nature and ancestral wisdom to guide deep healing.
is a yoga & pilates teacher, adventurer, and sound healing and mindfulness guide. She was born in Kenya, raised in America, and has traveled extensively completing a year long round the world trip. During that year, she reconnected to her Indian roots training in yogic practices in the Himalayas as well as exploring truest nature on silent meditations. She is certified in sound therapy, yoga, pilates, and guides group and individual healing experiences combining sound, breathwork, meditation and mindful movement. Having experienced burnout in corporate America, she is passionate about sharing the importance of slowing down, prioritizing mental and physical health, and reconnecting to the healing power of nature, community and the innate wisdom within each of us.
Details of this retreat
Join us on a 6 night, 7 day retreat in the sacred mountains of Cocorna, Colombia. Embrace your own healing journey to renew your body, mind and spirit. Lolly and Naila will guide us through therapeutic discussions, spiritual exploration, indigenous wisdom, healing ceremonies, yoga/pilates classes, soothing sound baths, breath work and meditation practices. During the week, we will weave together elements of wisdom, movement, mindfulness, and community so you can renew your spirit and leave the week feeling inspired, refreshed, connected and empowered.
