Day 1 Welcome to Bali Harmony!
Welcome to beautiful Bali! Upon arrival, guests are greeted with a warm welcome and introduced to the serene ambiance of Bali Harmony retreat, designed specifically for relaxation retreats like this one.

Day 2 Ubud & Northern Bali
Explore the cultural heart of Bali today, with a tour of Ubud and Northern Bali. Visit ancient temples, lush rice terraces, and local markets, and of course the famous Ubud monkey forest. This immersive experience allows guests to connect with the rich cultural heritage of the island.

Day 3 Waterfalls & Yoga
Embark on a refreshing morning excursion to explore and immerse yourself in a couple of Bali’s best waterfalls Tegenungan and Tukad Cepung. The soothing sounds of cascading water create a serene backdrop for mindfulness, plus it’s a great opportunity to take a swim in amazing jungle scenes, and take some amazing photos.

Day 4 Mt Batur Sunrise Hike
You’ll be up VERY early today for our hike to the summit of the Mount Batur volcano. As the sun rises over the landscape and caldera lake, you’ll be enjoying breathtaking panoramic views. The experience is not just a physical challenge, but also a spiritual journey.

Day 5 Wellness Day & Balinese Cooking Class
You’ve had a pretty action-packed first few days, so this day will be super chill! We’ll start off with group yoga and breathwork, and then the majority of the day is yours to unwind before a Balinese cooking experience in Seminyak in the afternoon. You’ll visit a market with a local chef to find your ingredients, before cooking a range of delicious meals (and of course eating them)!

Day 6 Nusa Penida Day Trip
Today we’ll jump on a boat and head over to Nusa Penida, an island paradise known for its crystal-clear waters and stunning landscapes. Discover incredible coastal scenes and hidden beaches, snorkel in vibrant coral reefs (and maybe even experience the amazing Manta Rays), and find plenty of opportunities for amazing photos and video!

Day 7 Relaxation, Surfing and La Brisa Beach Club
This is our last full day at Bali Harmony. We’ll kick it off with yoga, meditation and sound healing. You’ve then got some free time to relax, explore, get a massage or even head to the local beach to learn how to surf. In the evening, we will gather at the awesome La Brisa Beach Blub for a few drinks and dinner in their Robinson-Crusoe style surrounds.

Day 8 Yoga, Healing & Farewell
We’ll make the most of our last morning together at Bali Harmony with yoga, meditation and group Balinese healing, before bidding each other farewell from what has no doubt been an incredible adventure to share together.
