About this Retreat
I teach with intention, a sense of humor, and an open heart. My teaching has been described as nourishing, clear, insightful, and “a beautiful, peaceful practice that strengthens the body and calms the mind.”
In 2021, I completed my 300-hour training with ISHTA Yoga (Integrated Science of Hatha, Tantra, and Ayurveda), and I continue to practice and study with my teachers Yogiraj Alan Finger, Sarah Platt-Finger, Mona Anand, and Peter Ferko.
I encourage students to move beyond their physical practice and to experience off the mat the self-love and awareness they have cultivated in their practice.
After traveling the world for work I landed in South India. I had my son, fell in love with yoga and studied in Chennai and Bali to become a yoga teacher and a Reiki practitioner. I spent years teaching yoga and pilates at 136.1. Yoga and Wellness Academy of Chennai and yoga, meditation and reiki in Rome.
I am now residing in Athens, always learning, always drawing energy from the practices and teachings that surround me. I deeply believe in the power we have to self-heal with care and gentle guidance.

After completing my Naturopathic medical degree at Bastyr University in Seattle, I moved to Greece to study the Mediterranean diet and lifestyle.
My goal is to empower women with a functional approach to address the underlying root cause of their anxiety and exhaustion.
The two-part workshop for this retreat will give you tools to implement inner balancing strategies in your daily life for leveling your vitality and well-being.

The morning yoga classes by renowned practicioner, Nancy Lea, will be gentle yoga flow, to link our breath to the physical asana practice. They will also include philosophy, pranayama (breath control practices) and meditation.
The naturopathic workshops by Kristen Maloney ND, offer a functional approach to addressing your physical, mental and emotional levels of healing.
One on one Reiki, deep meditation and energy healing sessions by Isadora Sellers promote a feeling of glowing radiance that flows through and around you long after the session. You will experience a sense of relaxation, peace, security, well-being and improved sleep.
