Day 1 — Arrival, Orientation & Preparation
Arrival day is focused on orientation and preparation. Guests arrive in the afternoon at Eleusinia’s private mountain estate, traveling by private shuttle from Mexico City. A welcome snack of tamales and champurrado sets the tone, followed by intake meetings with our medical team to ensure comfort and safety. The afternoon continues with a neuroscience-based presentation on psychedelics and a welcoming session with our curandera. This onboarding process provides both context and grounding, preparing guests for the psychedelic work that begins the very next day.
Day 2 — Psilocybin Macrodose
The morning begins with guidance on navigating altered states, followed by breathwork, meditation, somatic awareness, and gentle biomechanical movement to calm the nervous system and prepare the body for psychedelic processing.
The macrodose begins together in The Nest before unfolding into individualized journeys across the gardens and retreat spaces. Guests explore thoughtfully designed stations including hammocks, private alcoves, cocooned seating, and indoor areas with expansive vistas, supported at a 1:2 facilitator ratio using neuroscience-based grounding and emotional regulation techniques. The experience lasts approximately 4–6 hours, followed by dinner, journaling, and informal reflection around cozy fireplaces.
Day 3 — DMT, Integration & Massage
This day begins with an educational orientation on DMT, including practical coaching on comfortable inhalation and vaporization techniques. Guests then follow personalized schedules that include a private DMT session, integration activities to process the previous day’s experiences, a massage, and a group meditation class.
Day 4 — Excursions, Minidose, & Closing Ceremony
As the retreat moves toward completion, guests may choose to spend the morning on local excursions or remain onsite for a third DMT session, offered to participants in the extraction class. In the afternoon, a psilocybin minidose is paired with breathwork and meditation, providing a gentle way to integrate the week’s experiences. The day concludes with a celebratory cacao ceremony after dinner, a communal closing that marks the transition from retreat back into daily life.
Day 5 — Departure
A final breakfast is served at 8:00 AM, followed by a 9:30 AM shuttle departure back to Mexico City.
