I'm a Master Certified Life & Success Coach, Yoga Teacher, and Business Coach. I was a Registered Massage Therapist for 15 years, working with professional and international sports teams. I bring a rich background in holistic mind, body, and soul work. Before fully diving into coaching, I was the registered massage therapist and yoga teacher for professional and international level athletes, and served at the Rio Olympics in 2016. This high-pressure, elite environment honed my skills in providing tailored, empathetic care and developed my ability to support individuals in achieving peak performance and balance. These experiences have shaped me into a world-class coach with a unique understanding of the demands and needs of high-achieving individuals. I now coach and mentor women through private coaching, group programs, and international retreats. My passion is helping women cultivate inner radiance and peace.
