SALTY Retreats are fitness retreats for fun-loving people. Beyond the Dunes brings you to Surf and Friends Lodge in Tamraght for seven nights on Morocco’s Atlantic coast.

Mornings start with a SALTY workout on the roof or the beach, followed by breakfast at the lodge. Surf sessions take you to the breaks around Taghazout, with a day trip to Imsouane. Daily yoga gives you time to slow down and stretch.

Afternoons take you beyond the lodge. Explore a local souk and head into Paradise Valley. Try sand dune surfing, join the Soul Work class, or find a quiet spot by the ocean. A two-hour hammam session is included near the end of the week.

Shared meals bring the group back together. Breakfast is included daily, along with five lunches and five group dinners. Other meals are yours to explore locally. All dietary restrictions can be accommodated with advance notice.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

The deposit you pay when you book is Retreat Guru’s booking/reservation fee (14% of the total price). It is not part of your travel package, it is not paid to Movement Travel, and it is not covered under the Ontario Compensation Fund. Example: on the Dorm at 2,349 USD, the booking fee to Retreat Guru is 328.86 USD and your travel package price is 2,020.14 USD. The total is the same price you would pay booking directly with SALTY.

After you book, Movement Travel invoices you directly for your travel package price, which you pay straight into Nexion Canada's trust account. Retreat Guru does not receive or hold any travel package funds. Half of the remaining balance is due about one month after you book, and the final half is due April 1, 2027. If you book after April 1, 2027, the full balance is due when you receive your invoice. You can also pay in full. All prices are in USD.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking fee (the deposit paid to Retreat Guru): refundable through Retreat Guru under its own policy, up to 1 day before the retreat starts. Travel package payments to Movement Travel: all payments are non-refundable. If SALTY cancels the retreat, Retreat Guru refunds your booking fee in full, and your travel package payments are handled under Movement Travel's terms. We strongly recommend travel insurance with trip-cancellation cover.
