Gabriela Flores, Eco- Arts and Sharing Nature certified facilitator. She has lead nature immersion retreats for the last 10 years in her home country of Mexico and the USA. She is program director at La Duna Centro Ecológico and is focused on nature connection, wellness retreats, green technologies, environmental education, and scientific research. Gabriela's art workshops are designed to blend Art and Nature, a relationship that heals. Incorporating a new element of nature each day, Earth (to ground us), Water (to remind us to flow), Fire (to transform us), and Air (to help us emerge renewed) and taking time to help us reconnect to the natural world through fun and meaningful guided activities. Utilizing sensory awareness, use of intuitive imagination, deep connection with nature, creativity with art forms and materials to welcome emergent information coming from deep inside our soul. Every piece created unfolds as our own consciousness is ready to receive. The practice done again, and again, will bring out completely new information each time.

La Duna collaborates with local and international conservation and educational non-profits to offer experiential programs based at the Center. We also help build local youth leaders as guides and community ambassadors for local nature conservation and restoration efforts. You'll positively impact the local economy through cultural immersion and limit your environmental footprint with compost toilets, solar power, and sustainable practices.
