6am - Satsang (meditation, mantras chanting-kirtan & lecture)
8am - Yoga asana class (Sivananda sequence)
10am - vegetarian meal
11am - karma yoga (selfless service)
12pm - conference (no conference on Sunday, Monday and Friday)
1pm to 2:30pm - sauna for women (only on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday)
2:30 to 4pm - sauna for men (only on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday)
4pm - Yoga asana class
6pm - vegetarian meal
7:30pm - Satsang

Le sanskrit est considéré comme l’une des langues les plus anciennes et les plus sacrées du monde. Elle ouvre la porte aux écritures yogiques et au monde subtil de la spiritualité. Le sanskrit est une langue vivante et son apprentissage est une expérience enrichissante qui ajoute profondeur et authenticité à un style de vie yogique et est la clé d’une compréhension conceptuelle de la tradition indienne de la connaissance sacrée, libérant les idées du yoga, de l’ayurveda et plus encore. Au cours de cette retraite, vous apprendrez les bases de l’alphabet sanskrit et une introduction aux mantras et aux chants du canon yogique. Ouvert à tous!

Getting Here
Directions
From Montreal-Trudeau airport (YUL), the drive takes about 1 hour 10 minutes.
By bus: take the 747 bus from the airport to downtown Montreal, then Autobus Galland from the Montreal bus terminal Berri-UQAM to Val-Morin.

Accommodation
Single rooms in the Lodge have a bed, a chair, shelving and a private bathroom, or a shared bathroom at a lower price. Double rooms have an armoire and a private bathroom with a shower. We also have shared rooms with 3 to 4 beds and, from June to September, a dormitory with curtained cubicles. In summer you can pitch your own tent on the wooded grounds. Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out at 11 am.
