About this Retreat
Holder of a professional certificate in sports coaching and a Yoga Alliance certification. Personal training, rehabilitation or group muscle strengthening classes, cardio, stretching, Pilates and yoga are the main focus of Anaïs' practice for functional maintenance, relaxation, and well-being. After her first two years of practice as a sports coach, she decided to follow her childhood dream and travel to India. She landed in Rishikesh, the world’s capital of yoga, to complete her yoga teacher training in Rishikesh Yogpeeth. Helping you take care of yourself is her greatest motivation.
As a certified coach and energy healer, Charlotte has been guiding people to reconnect with themselves through a body-focused approach for six years. She has held transformational retreats in Scotland, held multiple group coaching and healing programs online, and worked with 100s of clients to help them on their healing journey. She will be guiding meditations throughout the retreats to support you in relaxation and connecting to self and to support you in dropping out of the mind, into the body to experience more peace and connection.
Natalia is a psychotherapist and yoga teacher passionate about holistic wellbeing and the connection between mind, body, and nature. Trained in Hatha and Kundalini yoga in India and certified in forest bathing and nature therapy, she brings a grounded, adaptable approach to her teaching. Her studies, along with travels across South America, Africa, and Asia, have deepened her understanding of diverse healing practices, allowing her to support wellbeing through yoga, mindfulness, and nature.

Do you want to boost your physical and mental health? Join our weekly retreat outside of Valencia in a beautiful area. We will start the day with a good hike at one of the beautiful trails that this region has to offer.
We will host daily a yoga session with one of our professional instructors, and you can join a daily fitness class with our personal trainer. Meditation and ice bath challenge, plus a fun activity in Valencia's old town, are part of this week.
Healthy and delicious food is included: breakfast, lunch, evening dinner, fruit, and healthy snacks.
