Integration session after psychedelic experience

I am a Clinical Psychologist specialised in Anxiety and Depression Disorders, emotional regulation and somatic work. I am passionate about the potential of psychedelics to help and support people in different situations in life, from self development to healing from mental health and emotional disorders. With more than 20 years of experience as a clinical psychologist using holistic and integrative tools such as Nature and Forest Therapy, Holosomatic Breathwork Therapy, Mindfulness and Yoga, to approach trauma, depression, anxiety and to promote emotional wellbeing. Both through individual and group sessions, creating safe, profesional and ethical settings with care. Having gone through difficult times in my life due to family history and traumatic events in childhood, and after doing comprehensive work on my self, I chose the path to help others to feel good and be able to enjoy life, overcoming and knowing how to deal with psychological problems. I had the great opportunity to have several sessions with psilocybin and realised its potential to really make a change on people's psychological wellbeing and healing from mental health issues. I also realised about the major importance of the preparation and integration of the sessions, as well as the set and setting, and how this factors can influence the quality of the experience and the potential of healing. In the last years I have specialised myself in this topic and through my work I want to promote safe and positive experiences, as well as minimise the effects of a difficult experience with psychedelics.
