9:30 a.m. – healthy, light breakfast – freshly prepared together to start the day full of energy
10:00 a.m. – Free time/Me time: Time for you! Discover two nearby, breathtaking natural bays, relax with stand-up paddling (SUP), enjoy nature, read a book or immerse yourself in the silence...
12:00 – Meeting point yoga platform
Aerial yoga: feel the lightness and freedom when you float in the cloth. Overcome fears, learn to let go and focus your attention on your inner self
Meditation: experience and learn different types of meditation and their effects
Chanting: feel the healing power of mantras and sound vibrations on body and mind
Workshop and reading: inspiring impulses for mindfulness and personal development - practical exercises for self-reflection and reflection
1:30 p.m. – freshly prepared, light lunch together
3:00 p.m.– Mindfulness Activities: experience mindfulness in movement and moments of pause. Daily excursions and hikes to stunning bays and towns of Hvar. The impressive coastal landscape as well as the charm and power of the island invite you to consciously perceive the beauty of the moment and practice mindfulness.
6:30 p.m. – Dinner together on the way in selected restaurants and special places on the island
9:30 p.m./10 p.m. – Return to accommodation, time for reflection and relaxation so that you can end the day in peace.
