Hello, my name is Laura. Around 2010 I started going to Yoga classes as a way to deal with my unhappiness in the Life choices I was making. Little did I know these practices were carving a pathway to connect with the Divine In 2014 I decided to change my career and dedicate myself to learning and teaching Yoga, carving that doorway even deeper. These practices opened the doors into a new world of reverence to the Earth and Living Beings. On the path, I discovered the magic of breathwork and plants which solidified this surrendering to the Divine. Nowadays, I share and pracitce these tools as a way of consciously creating a container for the Divine in daily life.
