I arrived a mess. Exhausted. Searching for something I couldn’t even name. And what I found there was nothing like what I’d ever experienced.
There were no distractions. No hangovers. No pressure to “perform” or keep up appearances.
Instead, there was space. Space to breathe. To move. To feel. To listen.
And in that stillness, I found something I’d been avoiding for years: myself.
I realized that what I was searching for couldn’t be bought or achieved. It couldn’t be found in another relationship, another possession, or another vacation.
It could only be uncovered within me.
