“The Alchemy of Ecstasy” A Transformation Yoga Journey in Bali

RYT 500+ Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor with 20 Years of Experience I have been deeply shaped by years of training with some of the world’s most celebrated Ashtanga yoga teachers, including Richard Freeman, Mary Taylor, Meghan Currie, Ty Landrum, and Laruga Glaser. Their wisdom forms the foundation of my unique approach, which blends classical alignment with fluid, intuitive movement to cultivate strength, creativity, and flow. With a background spanning Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, Iyengar, and Anusara yoga, I’ve distilled the essence of these practices into what I call Hypnotic Yoga or Somatic Alchemy—a fusion of dynamic, serpentine spinal waves, slinky movements, and the perfect balance of power and grace. While I adore advanced inversions and dynamic flows, my classes are intentionally designed to welcome and empower practitioners at all levels—from beginners to seasoned yogis. It’s a space where movement becomes art, self-expression is celebrated, and every body feels at home. I am also a certified hypnotherapist, having delivered speeches across the country for the American Hypnosis Association, as well as a Sedona Method Certified Instructor personally mentored by Hale Dwoskin. My work integrates yoga, hypnosis, emotional release techniques, and spiritual awakening to help individuals rediscover their natural state of joy, love, and infinite possibility. Inspired by Advaita Vedanta and the teachings of Michael Singer and Robert Adams, my offerings guide students toward self-realization and inner freedom. My personal yoga journey was profoundly shaped in the serene beauty of Amorgos, Greece, where I met Miriam Indries. She revealed to me that yoga is far more than physical movement—it is a deep spiritual path. Her introduction to Vedanta sparked a transformative journey of self-discovery, ultimately leading me to my spiritual teacher, Michael Singer, author of The Untethered Soul. From their teachings, I came to understand that love is not something we seek—it is our natural state, waiting to be uncovered. I am a graduate of the Hypnosis Motivation Institute (HMI), where I earned the Director’s Award for excellence in mind-body psychology and clinical hypnotherapy. By weaving together hypnotic techniques, somatic alchemy, and emotional release practices such as the Sedona Method, I help students release the emotional blockages that obscure their innate brilliance. At its core, yoga is the art of dissolving the blockages that obscure our true essence. It takes us from seeking love and meaning externally to realizing that love is who we are. Through this practice, we align with our natural state of Sat Chit Ananda—eternal truth, consciousness, and bliss—allowing life to flow effortlessly and beautifully.
