Lila Shakti, an experienced yoga teacher located in Bali, Indonesia. She strives to create a safe and supportive atmosphere for students to explore the mind-body connection through conscious breathing and mindful movement. Her hands-on approach to teaching encourages students to discover their range of motion and physical capabilities offers a unique and empowering experience by creating a safe space for students to discover their true potential
Vijay, born and raised in Nepal, grew up steeped in the authentic practice of spirituality. Seeking to deepen his understanding, he traveled to Mysore India, where he spent over 5 months devoted to the practice of Ashtanga yoga. Now a trained and certified Yoga instructor, he specializes in Traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hip opening techniques, Hand balance/ Inversions, Back bending, Power ashtanga, Restorative yoga, Breath-work, and Pranayama

The nearest airport is Ngurah Rai Bali International Airport. It is about one hour drive. We could help to arrange the pickup or drop airport with an additional cost of IDR 400k. Please call us if you need any assist about airport transfer.
