About this Retreat
Kate Sandoval McCabe is the owner and founder of Sacred Heart Sonora. She is a psychedelic medicine guide and therapist specializing in Toad Medicine, Psilocybin and MDMA ceremonies. Kate is currently obtaining a MA in Counseling and provides intake and integration services for clients.
Kate founded the Phoenix Psychedelic Society in 2018 to spread awareness of the power of living medicines. Kate is an advocate of Sonoran Desert Toad Conservation and the ethical collection of medicine. She has spent the last three summers promoting conservation efforts at our bufo sanctuary in Sonora. Kate is also committed to providing harm reduction services to opioid addicts in the city of Phoenix, Arizona, and is currently making a documentary about fentanyl, ibogaine, and 5-MeO-DMT. Kate has appeared in documentaries by VICE, Channel 4, and Strg_f.
