About this Retreat

Details of this retreat

The Mycelial Teachings Retreat is a journey guided by the ancient intelligence of the mushroom and the living network beneath our feet. Mushrooms have long been known as “the little teachers”—gentle yet powerful catalysts for inner insight, emotional release, and reconnecting with one’s authentic self.

This retreat is rooted in earth-based wisdom rather than any specific cultural tradition. It honors the mycelium as a natural teacher: quiet, intelligent, interconnected, and deeply supportive. Through careful preparation, ceremony, and integration, participants are supported in exploring their inner world with safety, clarity, and compassion.

With a 1:2 facilitator-to-participant ratio, you’ll receive personal care and guidance every step of the way. Our approach honours both indigenous wisdom and contemporary therapy, creating a bridge between worlds.

The Mycelial Teachings Retreat is not just about a single experience—it’s a journey that continues long after the retreat ends. You’ll leave with tools, insights, and a supportive community to walk beside you as you integrate the teachings into daily life.

Your journey of transformation with our Mycelial Teachings Retreat includes:

Preparation: 1 x Group Preparation Coaching Calls with our therapists (additional calls can be added if desired)

Ceremonies: 1 x psilocybin ceremony guided by live music and sound healing.

Breathwork: 2 x transformational Conscious Connected Breathwork sessions for emotional release, nervous system reset, clarity & insight.

Mother’s House is a luxurious 16th-century mansion tucked away in the serene woodlands of Limburg—a place where time slows and nature’s presence is felt in every breath. A private forest, a spacious garden strung with hammocks, warmed by a fire pit, and alive with the company of our chickens. Here you can soak in the jacuzzi under open skies or let the sauna’s heat melt away what no longer serves you.
