Her classes and workshops are mainly about Mediation for stress relief and mental clarity, Pranayama for Breath control and energy balance. Her integrative yoga sessions are combined with different asanas as well. She connects with all her students at an emotional level so that they feel a safe and comforting environment.
Keshav Dev ji believes in the transformative power of spirituality to bring overall wellbeing. He is a revered Spiritual teacher and a practitioner hailing from the tranquil region of Amanguna. Shikha Sharma is from Delhi and she is a Hatha Yoga Teacher, who began her journey in yoga at the young age of 5. She learned Yoga under the guidance of her father. She has also earned a master’s degree in yogic science.
She aims to cultivate mindfulness in her students to help them in their overall well-being. Despite pursuing further studies in commerce, Shikha’s passion for Yoga remained unchanged
After the second wave of COVID-19 that she finally decided to delve deeper into the depths of yoga and help as many people as she can through her theoretical and practical knowledge. Shikha’s teaching is based on an individual's needs and also it is for beginners and advanced practitioners.
