About this Retreat

Details of this retreat

A deeply restorative 4-day retreat in Devon for Highly Sensitive People, deep feelers, and overthinkers who are ready to slow down, switch off, and reconnect with themselves.

This retreat offers a rare opportunity to step out of the constant mental activity, emotional overwhelm, and subtle pressure to “hold it all together” that many sensitive people experience in daily life.

Set in the peaceful natural surroundings of Selgars Mill, you’ll be guided into a slower, more spacious rhythm where your nervous system can begin to settle, your body can soften, and your mind can finally rest.

This is not a retreat about pushing, performing, or becoming someone new.
It is about gently unmasking — letting go of the roles, adaptations, and expectations you’ve been carrying — and coming home to who you truly are.

Across four days, you’ll be supported through a carefully held inner journey:
Arrival → Unmasking → Release → Integration → Return to Self

Through a blend of embodied practices, creative exploration, and meaningful connection, you’ll begin to:

Feel calmer and more grounded in your body
Quiet the constant mental noise
Reconnect with your needs, boundaries, and energy
Experience what it’s like to be yourself without pressure

Everything is invitational. There is no expectation to share, perform, or “get it right.”

This retreat is designed specifically for sensitive nervous systems — with a spacious schedule, small group size, and a balance of connection and solitude.

It’s a space where you can finally exhale.
