Our retreat offers a profoundly immersive healing experience, masterfully blending powerful indigenous and holistic modalities to facilitate deep physical, emotional, and energetic cleansing. Participants embark on a transformative journey of purification, renewal, and self-discovery, guided through intense and enriching experiences using sacred medicines and somatic healing practices.
At the core of our retreat are sacred medicines such as Kambo, Hapé, Mambe, and Ambil, each providing distinct healing benefits. Kambo involves the application of Amazonian frog secretion to small burns on the skin, initiating a potent detoxification that clears bodily toxins, bolsters the immune system, and releases emotional blockages. Hapé, a revered Amazonian tobacco blend, is administered through a ceremonial pipe to foster grounding, mental clarity, and energetic realignment. Mambe and Ambil, often used concurrently, enhance mental clarity and emotional openness. Mambe, consisting of toasted coca leaves and yarumo ash, heightens energy and focus, promoting heart-centered awareness, while Ambil, a mixture of Mapacho tobacco paste and mineral salts, aids in achieving inner balance and deep self-connection.
To complement these powerful medicines, the retreat features an array of therapeutic activities designed to support comprehensive purification and emotional release. Sweat lodge ceremonies use intense heat to detoxify the body, encourage emotional purging, and deepen introspection. Cold plunge sessions strengthen the nervous system, reduce inflammation, and increase emotional resilience. Simultaneously, the hot tub provides a tranquil space for relaxation and integration. Additionally, carpet work offers a method of somatic therapy, enabling participants to process trauma and regulate their nervous systems through guided movement, breathwork, and body-based healing techniques. This holistic approach ensures a balanced and profound healing experience, tailored to foster deep connections with oneself and the natural world.
