Anna Sokol

Anna Sokol is a self-discovery coach with over seven years of experience, specialising in the Giving School methodology. She has led numerous courses, retreats and online programmes, helping thousands of people find inner peace and purpose. Her journey began in Australia, where personal struggles with anxiety led her to spiritual exploration through retreats, volunteering and training with an enlightened teacher. Anna emphasises the shift from consumption to gift, integrating body awareness and movement into her teachings. With a deep passion for guiding others, she inspires people to embrace life fully, unlock their potential and cultivate a harmonious mindset.

Neus Vila

Neus Vila is trained as a Giving School helper instructor and as a certified Pranic Healer. She has led several meditation practices as well as energy healing events in several countries. Complementary, Neus works as a university professor and conducts research on humanizing businesses together with the role of deep presence at work. Neus has taught coaching, positive psychology and organizational behavior courses in several universities at the MBA level. Her inner journey began when her parents divorced, and she wanted to stay calm inside to be a positive contributor in the process. Later on, Neus realized that her call is to help others realize their true nature and potential while creating more humane communities and organizations. Thus, we can create together a more harmonious, nurturing and sustainable planet.

This deep transformative retreat takes place at the sacred Montserrat mountain by Barcelona, Spain. The Montserrat mountain is a power place that emanates unconditional love, fostering the spiritual awakening of people.

Directions

You can take the train going to Montserrat from Barcelona. The journey time would take about 1 hour. You will ride two trains. One, starting from Barcelona Plaça España station then ride a Cremallera Rack Railway at Monistrol de Montserrat station going up the Monsterrat Mountain.

When traveling from Barcelona Airport to Montserrat, you have four transportation options: Barcelona Airport taxi, private transfer, bus, or train. The quickest and only direct option is to take a taxi or Barcelona Airport transfer, as the door-to-door journey will take just 50 minutes.

Alternatively, the bus from Barcelona Airport to Montserrat is the cheapest transfer option, but it isn’t direct and takes 2 hours. You will need to take the Aerobus into the city center and then switch to the once-a-day Autocares Julia Bus to Montserrat.

You can also get from Barcelona Airport to Montserrat by train, but this isn’t a direct either. You must take the R2N RENFE train into Barcelona, then walk to another train station to take the R5 train to Montserrat. This takes around 2 hours and 15 minutes in total. Read More
