Your grounding journey begins with a warm welcome as we gather in an opening circle, setting the intention for the transformative days ahead. This marks the initiation of your grounding ‘getaway,’ a time for empowerment and self-reflection. Connect with the group and learn the art of heart-brain coherence, connecting with your own heart and soul to live your best life and receive clear directions from your inner self.
Day 2:
Energy Management and Mindfulness
Embark on a journey to learn about energy management, mindfulness, and breathing techniques that can positively impact your life. Learn through an NLP session which aspects of your life are in harmony with yourself and which could positively change. After dinner, immerse yourself in a sound therapy session, traveling into the magic of transformation. Let go during this energy cleansing/sound therapy session of what you no longer need, making room for the new.
Day 3:
Dive into the Wealth of the Present Moment
Embark on a grounding hike, learning how nature gazing can enrich your connection with nature and, from that, with yourself. Conclude the day with a heart-opening and grounding cacao ceremony, connecting with the essence of the earth and fostering a sense of stability.
Day 4:
Integrating Mindfulness and Sound Therapy
Learn how to integrate mindfulness into your daily life, exploring the power of thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Learn how to choose a frequency that aligns with your best self and, with that, your best life. Engage in a light nurturing sound therapy session to enhance clarity and connect with your future. If we can dream it, we can do it. It is time to dream wave your ideal future. In the evening, we will have dinner in one of our favorite restaurants to celebrate our achievements.
Day 5:
Morning – Closing Circle
As the retreat draws to a close, join us in a reflective closing circle, celebrating the grounding experience, insights gained, and newfound focus. Feel your unique possibilities during your last NLP exercise and depart with uplifted energy and a toolkit to continue your journey toward soulful living.
