Colleen Gleason

Colleen is an American artist who lives and works in Northern Michigan. She is interested in capturing the magical and ephemeral beauty of nature in gestural forms and bold impressionistic colors. Colleen paints landscapes en plein air, as well in the studio and murals. Colleen’s work focuses on landscapes, waterscapes, figures and painting the flowers grown in her gardens. Colleen is represented in the following Galleries, Main Street Gallery, Leland, Michigan Somebody’s Gallery, Petosky, Michigan Visionary Art Collective, Brooklyn NY Colleen attended the inaugural class of the South Carolina Governor’s School of the Arts and then earned her BFA in painting with a dual major in Art History from the Kansas City Art Institute. She completed her MFA in Studio Art in Dallas, Texas at Southern Methodist University’s Meadows School of the Arts in 2011. Her work is in private collections across the country.

Dr. Dustine Murphy

Dr. Dustine Murphy is originally from Columbus, Ohio. Dustine graduated from Pickerington High School as class valedictorian and Western Kentucky University Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Chemistry and Bio-physics. She received her doctorate in chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College in 2004. Dustine began working as chiropractor in Traverse City in 2004. In 2009, she started Murphy Chiropractic, PLC. Dustine loves being a chiropractor because she loves seeing people get better and teaching patients about their natural healing ability. Growing up, Dustine played many sports and always had an interest in exercise and nutrition. She was drawn to chiropractic because chiropractic maximizes the body’s ability to heal itself. Today she continues to research health, nutrition and exercise topics as well as be physically active herself. She golfs and hikes in the warmer months and enjoys skiing and curling in the colder months. Above all, Dustine enjoys being active with her family and enjoying all that Northern Michigan has to offer.

Dr. Michael Murphy

Dr. Michael Murphy was born in Northern Ontario and completed a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Waterloo. During his four years at Waterloo, Michael was a member of the men’s varsity hockey team. He then completed his chiropractic education at New York Chiropractic College in 2004. He started working as a chiropractor in Traverse City in 2004. In 2009 he joined Murphy Chiropractic, PLC. Dr. Michael Murphy has a passion for sports and outdoors. He enjoys spending time with his wife Dustine and their two boys, Lucas and Patrick, golfing, hiking, skiing and curling.

Kendra Stuck

Kendra is the owner of Camp Squid, a life coach, Superhost, and spiritual chiropractor in supernatural healing. ❤️‍🩹 Spiritual alignment involves recognizing your source, beyond your mind, through meditation. It’s the gateway to the Bay Islands of Roatán, Útila and Guanaja. Growing up as a child her two favorite magazines were National Geographic and islands magazine. Kendra has her PADI Divemaster certification and has visited or lived on almost every island in the Caribbean over the years. Kendra’s passion is Holy Spiritual fasting and has seen first hand how the human body can heal itself from the inside out. She has gathered a team of Doctors, professionals, Spiritualists, and more to help you in your personal journey to total healing. 7:30 - 9 am Holy Spirituality morning Water Nature walk or quiet time in nature.
9:15 am to 10:15 am Group discussion & workshop on fasting and its benefits.
10:30 am - 5:30 pm group activity guided kayaking expedition down the Platte River with
Swimming lessons in Lake Michigan.
6 pm Social time with creative writing in personal diary.
7 pm - 8 pm Evening meditation or mindfulness practice.  
8 pm - 9:30 pm group discussion or quiet time by the camp fire.
10 pm & onwards Rest and preparation for the next day.
