8:30 AM to 9:15 AM: Ayurvedic Morning Drink and Journaling, Warm herbal drink with Ayurvedic herbs, Guided journaling prompts to reflect on the day’s intentions. Silent time for self-connection.
9:15 AM to 10:00 AM: Pulse Diagnosis and Nourishing Ayurvedic Breakfast.
9:15 AM to 1:00 PM: Ayurvedic Consultations: 20-minute personalized consultations with the Ayurvedic doctor. Tailored diet, lifestyle, and treatment plans provided.
10:00 AM to 1:00 PM: Ayurvedic Treatments or Workshops. Marma Abhyanga: Oil massage with marma therapy to balance energy points. Shirodhara: Oil stream on the forehead to calm the nervous system. Swedana: Herbal steam therapy to remove toxins.
1:00 PM to 2:00 PM: Ayurvedic Lunch. Sattvic, tridoshic meals that are light and nourishing. Seasonal vegetables, lentils, herbal rice, and digestive chutneys. Accompanied by detox drinks and herbal teas.
2:00 PM to 2:30 PM: Rest or Optional Nap Time. Participants are encouraged to relax and restore digestion. AYURVED & HEALING (EVENING SESSION).
2:30 PM to 4:00 PM: Ayurvedic Workshop and Learning Sessions:
